This basketball program helps develop many skills.

                   Pivots

This program covers all aspects of basketball.  One of many pivots.

Pivots are necessary at guard position, forward position and in the paint.

Instructor shows basic left foot and right basketball pivots.

       YOUNGSTERS AT WORK

Making the most of hour session.  

One player shooting over one hundred shots.

Other player working on ball- handling and footwork.

Players switching after 100 shots.

Hour session continues with other important basketball drills.

Dish shooting machine provides other helpful ways to improve ball handling and footwork.

This program’s goal.   To develop dominant basketball players, boys & girls.

Instructor demonstrates jump shot.  Also, the floater shot.
 

SHOOTING DRILL

Youngster on video.  Uses Dish shooting machine almost daily.  

Shoots 400 shots.  His shooting over 50%.

Basketball Sessions - FOR BOYS & GIRLS - ALL AGES

First session is free.   Will evaluate strengths and weeknesses.
Future sessions $30.00.  For a one hour session.

Sport’s program will cover:
1.  Shooting - Players, boys and girls, will learn proper shooting mechanics.  Many types of shooting mechanics.  Set shot, quick shot, floater, create space shot, step back shot, mini hook shot, fake & shoot shot….etc
2.  Ball handling  - Most important skill in playing basketball.  Will work on drills to develop good ball handling skills.  Crossovers, in and outs, scissors, behind the back, spins…etc
3.  Footwork  -  A very important part of becoming a scoring threat.  Pivots, jabs, hesitation, retreats, attacking the basket…etc
4.  Rules - Instructor is a college and high school Referee.  Will answers questions to basketball rules.
